This is becoming concerning. Two weeks where I haven’t kept up the regularity and haven’t swum AT ALL!
As an HR Manager I have been speaking with staff about Performance Reviews this week and last. One of the messages I have been sending is:
“if we can find out what successful people do and then help you repeat that, you’ll be more successful too.”
So a little of my own medicine is relevant here. Starting today, there will be more exercise and better eating.
For the obvious reason that it was the consistency that was working before. So to regain that consistency will make a difference.
So, to review:
- think less (about exercising, just do it)
- eat better (healthy eating takes the desire for junk away)
- move more (consistently)
Simple really!
