		<description>Thanks Andrew, and congrats to you too. It&#039;s not as easy as it sounds. I really am not sure how day 3 will go. Time will tell I suppose. 

I&#039;ve also started my 100 sit ups per day, just to tighten the tummy. Sit up are pretty easy so I&#039;m not building up, just doing 4 x 25 with a 90 second gap.</description>
