The last few posts I have been down on myself a bit. But I noticed that people have been keeping records of their progress so I thought I’d check the Month of May as to how much exercise I did.
In the end I was able to exercise for a total of 83.8km above the ground and 1700m in the water.
So, plans for June:
- Run/walk: 100km
- Swim: 5kms
Now, I know this sounds obvious and I am a great proponent of keeping records and stats because you can learn so much from your stats, but a table that details my month’s activities puts things in perspective.
For example:
I found that the exercise in the beginning of the month is more regular than the second half. 9/15 v 7/16
Though the distances in the second half are generally longer. 4.8km / exercise v 6.23km / exercise
June will be interesting, especially how I manage to spread the goals over the whole month.

Good move. I find having set checkpoints where I review my progress really helps me to stay on track.
