Running is the simplest of all exercise. It’s just fast walking.
But I’m a bit of a gadget freak so I’m always researching for new toys. From a GPS watch to Thorlo’s socks.
Here’s my stash so far:
- Polar RS200 watch
- Adidas shoes
- New Balance Running Shorts
- Adidas Climalite Leggings
- Skins long sleeve top
- Converse sleeveless top
The Skins and Adidas leggings are more for older days and especially morning as we come into winter.
The FBH thinks all I need are shoes, shorts and T-shirt! (and, truth be told, she’s probably right!) Maybe a watch that has a stopwatch as well, just to measure time. That’s all she’ll use if she gets the running bug … which think she is slowly coming round to.
BUT, more importantly, what do you use and why? If you have a GPS what model is it and has it really been a useful tool? Wht else do you swear by?
