Day two has come and gone and so far so good. I’ve tabled my results below.
It’s quite motivating having the goals and working towards them.
I have to admit though that the water goal wasn’t all that easy and I still have 600ml to go. I’ve just been for my run though so I’ll do it quite easily.
Garmin
And the run tonight was just on 4km. I had to use MapMyRun again as the battery on my Garmin ran out. I’m now powering it from the powerpoint rather than trickling it via the USB.
Weather
When I got home it was pouring with rain so I had the decision as to whether I would run or not. I ran and now I’m happy I did. It ended up being clear, stars out and almost full moon – I would looked a little silly not running in clear weather.
I also had dinner just prior to the run so I think that slowed me down as well. Because the Garmin ran out I didn’t get a time or a pace. Hopefully the battery will be fine tomorrow.
Anyway, the aim of having a perfect week is still on track.
Day 3 tomorrow, I have to go and get 600ml of water!
