@Andrew: You&#039;ve hit the nail on the head I think. The more I eat the more the body needs the sustenance. I am getting really thirsty after a run (diabetes test results will be in soon) but need to drink copious amounts of water and not Pepsi! :(</description>

I found that as the mileage per week increases the appetite increases as well.  A nasty side effect of increased calorie burning seems to be increased calorie wanting!</description>
