		<description>I find writing my blog really helps to keep me on track and focused.    Reading other folks blogs is a big help as well.  It is great to read about people who have done it, are doing it or even those who are struggling.  It reminds me that I&#039;m not alone in this.

One downside is that I found I was trying to follow too many blogs at one point and had to trim my list rather severely.  I still spend too much time reading blogs but hey...what can you do?</description>
