I hope you don&#039;t take this the wrong way but I think you are setting yourself up for failure with your 12 runs in 12 days.  I think it is much more reasonable to set a target of running 3 or 4 days a week.  Make it a regular thing with plenty of rest days.

Sure you might do 12 days in a row but I think overdoing it like that will make running a chore rather than a joy.

And boy I&#039;ve got a lot of chocolate to work off!</description>
