Good day today. Ate well, not as much water as I should have but it’s getting back in the habit. Ate Muesli and yoghurt for breakfast, banana as a morning snack and fat free yoghurt for afternoon snack.
Lunch was chicken and vegetable risotto from Lean Cuisine. As a standard serve it did me okay.
Dinner was a challenge as FBH had made one of her curries which I usually have a couple of helpings of. Not today. A good serve but just one. It was my turn to make dessert and custard was all I could think of. Not the best thing to eat but again, just one serve.
No alcohol today.
Started the 200 Sit Ups today. Today was test day and I made 25. Not a huge amount but I’m in this to do 200 at one go. Not break a record on day 1. So, happy with that. First day of the routine will be Wednesday.
Only problem today was the plan to run after work went out the window when I realised it was 6:20 pm and I was still at the office. This just means I need to run tomorrow morning at 5:30 am.
