		<description>Wow! Inspiring stuff- I have to admit that I have dutifully avoided running, I can see that it&#039;s a great cardio workout and can be FUN! I&#039;m very much of the opinion that exercise needs to be enjoyable in order to keep it up.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s weird huh. just last night I went for my third run, it was quite warm when I headed out (26C at 7:30pm) and I decided to just run and not worry about time technique or anything ... much better!</description>
