		<description>I know how you feel, Bill. I usually feel good through the first two sets, but struggle thereafter. 

I have found waiting a bit longer between sets helps a lot. I know it is not exactly what the plan says, but try a 3 minute break before the fourth set and maybe 4 or 5 minutes before the last set. You may still wish to repeat the day after doing this, but I think you&#039;ll have a better chance of getting it on attempt number two (or three or four) if you do the numbers with longer breaks.
