Hi Margot, it certainly is, I think we are the same, during the run can be hard but finishing makes it all worth it. 16km tomorrow :)

That seals it then. The sennheisers are "go". I forked out over $200 on some B&Os last year and while the sound is REALLY good, it doesn't help if they don't stay in your ears :)

All the best with the run Andrew. I guess it's a case of "just keep running" :) looking forward to seeing how you go.

I also use the Sennheiser MX75's. They have a better sound than the iPod standards. And I have not had any slipping with them either. I think there is a new version out called the MX85 Series II that are probably worth a look also. I bought my 75s when the new series came out because the price dropped on the older version.

Good job on the long distance. Definitely wise to not push the distance too far when building mileage as you are.

Well done Bill - I need to log some 14km ish runs soon too with the R4TK coming up in about a month (it is 14.6km). I've been in an 8km rut for a while now.

That's a fantastic effort Bill! I can recommend Sennheiser MX75 headphones. They are designed for sports and sound great. I've never had them slip out.
