		<description>You are definitely not the only one who has all those things going on in your head during a run, I am exactly the same. Right now, my thoughts are pretty negative during the run. Starting to worry about the Run For The Kids to be honest. It&#039;s 2 weeks away and all my runs are about 6km short, haven&#039;t run the 14.6km distance since R4TK last year! Thanks for the congrats on the squats, I found them heaps easier than the other two, I think Andrew may have been right, probably got pretty good quads from all the bike riding.</description>
