Today is a rest day in the Hal Higdon’s Marathon Training Program.
(Actually it was yesterday but I was so enthused I got up and did 5k.
)
Really pleased with the latest developments of running slowly and watching the heart rate come down. Though AJH suggested that the weather will play a part and that is true. Far easier to run in the cool than the heat.
Tonight is Week 3 Day 3 of the 100 Push Up Challenge.
I was very inspired by Andrew the other day who, on a test day, did 75 push ups in a row!
I’ll be pleased with the rest today. Tomorrow will be a 6.5km run.
