		<description>It was very revealing to me just recently that what and how much I eat is more important to losing weight and maintaining than is exercise. I used to be (and so of still am) a bit of junky for exercise. I would get very cranky if I did not get in my exercise. Now I know that the exercise is in a supporting role to getting in shape.</description>

And be glad it isn&#039;t something so bad that cycling and swimming are out. I&#039;ve heard running in the pool is a good way to stay fit without the impact.</description>
