Beer and Your Body

by Bill Wallace on April 4, 2010

One of the things I struggle with is the “belly”. It’s not huge but I’d rather it not be there at all. Of course that comes down to a good diet and good exercise. Nothing really new there.

But what I just discovered that IS new is that beer puts weight loss on hold.

Rather than repeat a really good post, Frank has written about it here at Male Weight Loss NOW!

The question: can you lose weight and drink beer clearly comes with an obvious “no!” response, but the surprise is in how the body reacts to alcohol in the system.

If you would rather not have a belly, head on over to Frank’s and check this article out. (plus I LOVE the graphic he has put with this! :) )

I really don’t like beer. Fruit Juice is better than beer and also gives energy.

Keep at it! losing weight has so much to do with “what not to eat”
i found out. When I started following a strict eating plan, it
made the exercise part really have an effect on my body tone.
Here’s an article that you might find helpful,
    lose body fat
, basic stuff but it works…

This is something new and will definitely be a good read for those beer lovers out there. It may not be that bad to drink beer, but we should just drink moderately. As with all other things, let’s take each in moderation. Check out the Essential Weight Loss Handbook that I am reading on how to maintain a healthier and sexier life and body. Good day!
