Hey Matt, good to hear from you. I need to get out more, I really do. Hopefully tomorrow morning. Though we are at opposite ends in temperatures. The other day it was 0C and tomorrow morning it's wet and breezy. Oh well, rain hail or shine! :)

Welcome back to blog world, Bill. I've been posting a few miles to Team 7 on the WRL. That should start increasing as I'm starting up training for my second marathon.

It has been been a hot summer here in the states. 100 degrees F yesterday. I do all my runs before 8am, when temps are in the more reasonable 80s.
