Weigh in Sunday

by Bill Wallace on January 16, 2012

Well, the weight was neither positive or negative. Still a steady 86kg. But this really is poor! I started this blog almost 4 years ago and am at my starting weight. My only saving grace is that I know I am like many others who try and try again.

So, the changes are in.

I have signed up for Febfast, following the example of Andrew. I have already targeted this in my contact list for a donation. And here’s to losing some weight in February.

Last night I got 2 hours sleep in total so today was a bit of a write off and any plans for a workout were shelved.

However, a walk tomorrow morning will get me on track.

No beer during the week.

A couple (3) workouts at Jetts fitness before Sunday.

I have to get back to my 10km Sunday run that I sued to do fairly consistently as well.

As to the diet, it is meat and veggies or salad.

Last night it was scotch fillet and veggies in butter.

Tonight it was lamb chops, sausages and a BAS (Big A$$ Salad!) :)

Lunch today was chicken and salad.

How are you doing?

    That looks rather paleo eh.

Glad to see you in Febfast too! I’m doing okay, but struggling to get back into the exercise a bit. Positive is that the weight isn’t suffering for it.

Keep trying! You may want to look into supplements, like Met-rx.

Cheers, I’ll have a look as you say.
