Wow! First day back at work yesterday was a struggle. A slow-ish start but I just wasn’t “present”. Plus some system issues that are really annoying. And to top it off I nodded off on the bus on the way home!
I’m putting it down to the body not being used to the workouts at Jetts over the past 3 days and I just have to get through the hump period.
Yesterday was a rest day exercise wise and today may be as well. Though a walk/run would be good after work.
Trying to get into a routine as well so that I default have breakfast each morning. Yesterday was a 3 egg omelette, no milk, just the 3 eggs. Pretty tasty, I have to say.
Lunch was curry from Maya Masala, though it did include rice which I should have left. And then their was the nectarine, banana and nuts for snacks. So I think the diet was okay yesterday.
Saw a report on this website that mentioned Coopers beers. I was slightly surprised so headed out and bought a couple of each from the range to try.
Need to regroup for today.
