Goals
I haven’t updated this listed since I started the blog so I thought it was high time to get a bit more serious.
This year I plan to be my most “regular” since I started in April 2008. In ’08 and ’09 I set a couple of small goals each year. I achieved them then the motivation ceased and it was back to square one, almost.
Getting as specific as you will see below will hopefully bring about a greater determination in being more consistent and then other goals like weight, pace and general well being will be reached as well.
Anyway, without anymore explanation here are this year’s goals:
Goal weight: 76kgs
Race times:
5km: under 22 mins
10 km: under 50 mins
12 km: under 60 mins (Perth City to Surf)
Marathon: complete Perth Marathon, June 2010 (just completing it will be fine!)
