2012 Goals

Goal 1: Complete the 2012 Perth Marathon in June.

Goal 2: Complete the 2012 City to Surf (Late August) in under 60 minutes.

Goal 3: Get down to 75kgs by March 31, 2012

Goal 4: To be prepared for all three goals above – a year of preparing in other words.

    Hi Bill,

    I too am plainly average. Average height, weight, hair color, eye color and shoe size. I just started my fitness program and am a little disappointed that the only result I have seen is that I sleep better. Ugh.

    Anyway I wanted to reach out to you about strength training. I work in affiliation with a company that makes underwater treadmills that are great for strength and low-impact training depending on your level and needs. I would love to submit a piece about the benefits of underwater training. If this sounds interesting please let me know!
