I think of a run, realise I can&#039;t and then settle in for the evening. I will go and ride the bike this afternoon. Thinking of spin classes too, have you done those? Thoughts?</description>

		<description>Can you challenge yourself a bit more on the bike to get your heart rate up to a similar level as you do when running. I did that last year with my 30@30 goal (to ride 30 km at an average speed of 30km./hr or greater). Your goal might be different depending on your bike and current level of bike fitness, but setting a goal like this, or maybe finding a good hilly bike ride route, might be good? It is very easy (I find) to be lazy when cycling and not really get the cardio benefits. It is not as easy to do this when running - I think that is the main difference.</description>
